Introduction

Welcome to Onsite Meetings & Events. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all services provided by Onsite Meetings & Events, including but not limited to event management, production, creative services, and consultancy.

Services

Onsite Meetings & Events offers professional event planning, production management, and consultancy services. Specific service deliverables will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements based on client requirements.

Booking & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required upon signing an agreement to secure services.
  • The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional costs incurred during the project (e.g., third-party services, travel expenses) will be invoiced separately.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension or termination.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled event or service, the full balance may still be payable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their event requirements.
  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits, insurance, and venue compliance where applicable.
  • Clients agree to cooperate with Onsite Meetings & Events to ensure the successful execution of services.

Liability & Indemnity

  • Onsite Meetings & Events shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, vendor failures, or venue issues.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Onsite Meetings & Events harmless against any claims arising from the event.

Intellectual Property

  • Any creative concepts, designs, or materials developed by Onsite Meetings & Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients may not use, modify, or distribute proprietary content without prior consent.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
  • Onsite Meetings & Events reserves the right to showcase non-sensitive event details in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise requested by the client.

Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
  • In such cases, alternative arrangements will be discussed in good faith.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local legal proceedings.

Amendments

Onsite Meetings & Events reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
